As the news about the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, FENS is actively investigating solutions to proceed in the most responsible way. Please read the full statement (updated on 18 March).
Please note there is an increasing number of fake websites and agencies claiming to offer hotel and registration services for the FENS Forum 2020. We would like to alert all Forum participants to be aware of possible scams and only use the trusted online accommodation and online registration services for bookings. If you are contacted by a third party offering accommodation or registration this is likely to be fraudulent activity. Please click here to contact us if you require further assistance.
FENS is convinced of the central value that comes from bringing researchers from a broad range of neuroscientific disciplines together to discuss and advance their research agendas. While the FENS Forum accomplishes exactly that, FENS is aware that in doing so, there is an associated negative impact on the environment. FENS is dedicated to minimising the environmental impact of the Forum.
To support the FENS 2020 attendance of ambitious scientists with children, the FENS-Kavli Network will provide a limited number of childcare grants. All attendees (students, postdocs and PIs) with dependent children are eligible. Preference is given to junior scientists and presenters.
Application Deadline: 22 March 2020
